MCLE compliance requirements*

The current compliance group is H-M (2/1/2024–3/29/2027)

Licensees are required to complete and report 25 hours of MCLE (half of which must be participatory credit) within the three-year compliance period as follows:

4 hours of Legal Ethics
2 hours of Elimination of Bias
- 1 hour of which must focus on implicit bias and bias-reducing strategies
2 hours of Competence
- 1 hour of which must focus on prevention and detection
1 hour of Technology in the Practice of Law
1 hour of Civility in the Legal Profession
